Tasks & Responsibilities
A Change & Communications Lead is required to drive the planning and execution of change, communication & engagement initiatives. They will create a well structured and effective change and communication plan and drive the execution of the plan.
Part of the requirement is to translate recently-announced operating model changes into a compelling change activation plan, with complimentary communication and engagement activities to support. Key deliverables include impact assessments, identifying change risks, and developing mitigation strategies to support business readiness. They will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to embed change into organizational culture and measure the effectiveness of change interventions.
In addition, V&A has a compelling vision and ambition that transcends the operating model changes taking place. Support is required to excite and engage the V&A community around this future ambition using communication and engagement techniques.
Must Haves
 * Creation & Execution of Change and Communication Strategy & Plan: Based on a change impact assessment and through understanding the stakeholder landscape, create an effective change and communications plan. The motivation for communication will relate to both key changes taking place in the shorter term plus creating awareness and excitement for the wider ambition for this team to become industry leading in their field.
 * Change Leadership: Support V&A leaders who have a key role in executing change plan to ensure they are well prepared and confident.
 * Change Planning & Sequencing (Change PMO): Strong partnership with P&O, Organisation Development and PMO various to ensure that Access change-related activities are well co-ordinated and synchronized with other activities taking place. Expectation to maintain an up-to-date change plan and provide clarity and visibility to leadership on progress made and planned activities.
 * Change Measurement: Making best use of data to drive informed decision-making.
 * Reinforcement in Business As Usual: Helping to find ways to reinforce behavioral changes into business as usual
