What You'll Do
* Customer Order Management
: Accurately enter customer orders into the system and provide prompt confirmations and commercial contracts.
* Proactive Communication
: Keep customers informed of their order status, including updates on timelines and any deviations from the plan.
* Delivery Assurance
: Work closely with internal teams and export specialists to ensure customer deliveries are executed according to confirmed schedules.
* Customer Payment Support
: Monitor and follow up on payment statuses to minimize overdue accounts.
* Customer Experience at the Factory
: Organize and oversee factory acceptance tests with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Problem Resolution
: Collaborate across departments to address customer-specific requests, resolve order issues, and continuously improve processes.
* Performance Transparency
: Prepare and analyze performance reports and share results with management to highlight successes and improvement areas.
What You Bring
* Experience
: 3+ years in order handling, fulfillment, or a related field (industrial background is a plus).
* Systems Knowledge
: Strong experience with SAP and MS Office; Power BI is an advantage.
* Languages
: Fluent in English & German.
* Mindset
