Yourresponsibilities
* Developingthedesignofnewcathetersfromconceptiontocompleteproduct.Processdevelopmentandcharacterization.
* Collaboratingwithcross-functionalteammembersthroughoutproductdevelopmentphasestoensureprogramsuccess.
* Supportingchangeactivitiesinexistingproductlifecycles.
* Makingdata-drivendecisionsusingappropriateanalyticalandstatisticalmethodologies.
* Performingrootcauseanalysisofnewandexistingproductsandprocesses
Jobrequirements
* Bachelor’s/Master’sdegreeinMechanicalorBiomedicalEngineering.
* 5+yearsofexperienceinproduct/processR&Dinthemedicaldeviceindustry,experiencewithbuildingcathetersand/orangioplastycathetersisanadvantage.
* Hands-onproblemsolvingattitude.
* ProficiencyinSolidWorks–anadvantage.
* Experienceworkingwithmetals/polymersandvariousmanufacturingmethodssuchaslaserwelding,CNCmachining,andsurfacefinishesandmedicalcoatingtechnologies.
* Swissworkpermit/Europeancitizenshipisamust.
