What you'll be doing: Supporting portfolio managers and execution traders. Your duties include trade capture, reconciliation, resolution of position and trade-related queries, ad-hoc reporting, settlement, compressions, collapses, and corporate actions. What you’ll bring: Proven hands-on experience of at least five years in an operations team with significant flow that includes automated trading Personal hands-on experience of at least three years in the following operations procedures for futures and IRS (in each): Handling trade capture (i.e., bookings) and booking amendments in a well-known OMS Performing trade settlement, as well as position and PnL reconciliations Conducting standard line-item management for IRS, such as unwinds and collapses A very good understanding of futures and IRS, including associated operations workflows Strong, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills in English The role will require shift work for the first twelve months to help establish and cover operations in the European and US markets.
