For our client, a company specialized in advanced technologies for the healthcare industry, we are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
Duration: until end of Q1 2026
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Greater Lausanne area
Workload: 100% - 3 days/week remote
Your responsibilities
Handle incoming customer and distributor inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, quotations, product requests, returns, or complaints
Process sales orders and service requests accurately in ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce)
Monitor and follow up on open orders, RMAs, and service tickets
Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date customer contact information
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Regulatory
Support ad hoc administrative tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Your profile
First experience (1–2 years) in a similar customer service, sales support, or administrative role
Fluent in French and English; very good knowledge of a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) required - German can also be considered instead
Experience in Medical Devices (or Pharmaceuticals) industries is a strong asset
Proficient with MS Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
Service-oriented, well-organized, detail-focused, and structured in your work
