Hedge Funds Migration specialist (Zurich, Switzerland)
Full time office role (100% in the office)
Zürich, Switzerland location
12 months fixed term contract
Responsibilities
* Manage complex transfer & investigation cases, 4-eye-control, validation and 'wet signature' of transfer documents.
* Coordination of necessary documents and eligibility checks with client advisors, legal and other parties. Initiation and oversight of transfers and reconciliation.
* Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to process transfers.
* Preparation of fund specific documentation for transfers in co-operation with legal departments
* Review of fund restrictions to ensure that clients meet the fund requirements.
* Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders as SPOC
* Administration of securities settlement static data (SSI)
* Systematic chasing of outstanding information and overdue transactions
* Investigating securities discrepancies and reconciliation breaks
* Resolution of complex client queries through internal/external escalations
Experience Required
* 1-3 years relevant experience with Hedge fund migrations is a must
* Fluent English language (written and spoken)
* Experience in investment banking and wealth management
