Chef de Cuisine (m/f) subordinate to the Executive Chef 100% The thermal and leisure complex of the Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, includes several activities: a thermal area consisting of pools, a wellness village with saunas and a Turkish bath, a thermal river, a spa area, a fitness center, and hotel accommodation with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as theme restaurants. Profile: Several years of experience in a similar position In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and hygiene standards Proficient in French, fluent or professional level, ease of communication and respect for structure Flexibility, rigor, and sense of priorities Ability to work during peak periods, with experience in managing over 300 covers per day Availability to work evenings and weekends Your mission: Management of a brigade of 25 to 30 in a multi-concept establishment with several points of service Teams adaptation according to volume and seasonality Strong leadership and stability under pressure Assertive leadership and ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment Active participation in menu changes with the Chef on different theme nights Continuous offering development in compliance with standards Guaranteeing fluidity of service during peak times Ensuring effective communication between the kitchen and dining room Rigor and discipline essential in a hygiene-focused environment Compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and safety procedures Strict adherence to technical sheets and established standards Monitoring of food costs and yields against waste Sensitivity to the impact of decisions on profitability Coordinating with management for directives from the Executive Chef in their absence We offer: Stable and varied employment The benefits of a large establishment Continuous training on new products Start date: To be agreed Are you interested?
