Ph3Job Title /h3 pAccount Manager /p h3Job Location /h3 pZurich (Lausanne possible), Switzerland /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSeek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with Key Accounts (End Customers); /li liCollect and analyze all marketing information; /li liEnhance customer relationships; /li liManage and coordinate all activities between Huawei and the assigned Customer Set. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to assigned Customer Set; /li liCooperate with Channels and Technical Sales to deliver formal business proposals and presentations; /li liIdentify key customer requirements and coordinate with Technical Sales to ensure the smooth implementation of requirements with the product solutions; /li liResponsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational customer relationship activities; /li liProvide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product and service portfolio development ideas; /li liDrive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company`s ambitious growth; /li liPlanning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets; /li liCommunicate with and coordinate various internal departments within and outside the enterprise department; /li liPlan and support market branding actions in the territory area; /li liAttend industry events related to technology forums and industry presentations; /li liTrack potential competitors and develop alternative strategies; /li liTransfer knowledge to technical sales team; /li liCreate and present customer proposals and quotations; /li liCreate co-operative business plans with End Customers and help to define new business models and support product features. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3+ years of Enterprise B2B sales / account management experience in direct or indirect sales Business Model, with a proven sales track record /li liIndustry knowledge of OTT or Computing or AI or Media ICT domains in Switzerland /li liHave understanding of competitive market landscape between Enterprise Networking/Security and IT Infrastructure vendors /li liDirect relationships with Enterprise Medium or Large System Integrators is welcomed /li liExcellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of stakeholders (product management, marketing, channels), driving internal and external forces to reach and overachieve assigned sales targets /li liAbility to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential /li liExcellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business /li liFluent in English and German /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
