We are currently looking for an In-House Print & Design Specialist in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
 * Responsible for managing a digitally integrated printing ecosystem encompassing strategic design, automated workflows, material transformation, and sustainable production.
 * Create designs and images to support workplace communication messages and campaigns for Switzerland and work with other functions in Switzerland.
 * Develop, adopt and deliver a best-in-class print and design service for Swiss-based employees and manage the overall budget effectively.
 * Drive the in-house printshop with one digital printing machine and diverse finishing equipment such as binding, folding, wiring, etc. and manage suppliers as well as drive cost efficiency.
 * Contact with customers to ensure high satisfaction for printshop services and continuously address management and/or customer expectations.
 * Conduct risk management using any technical setup.
Qualifications
 * Diploma in design (print is an advantage).
 * 3+ years of experience in print and design.
 * Proficient design skills.
 * Experience with print process: setting up materials for printing, configuring printers, managing workflows, and understanding prepress and postpress operations. Printer maintenance & troubleshooting.
 * Proficient knowledge of graphic tools in the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
 * Proficient use of AI in design and print processes.
 * PC Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
 * Knowledge of 3D software (3DS Max, Cinema4D, Blender).
 * Behavioral competencies: Planning, Communication, Attention to detail, Customer focus, Business acumen, Creativity, Interpersonal savvy.
 * Strong creative skills.
