Job Description
The role of Traffic Acquisition Project Leader is not only about driving large volumes of traffic but also ensuring the quality and relevance of that traffic. You will coordinate two primary digital channels: Search Engine Optimization & Paid Social Media. Your responsibilities include balancing high-volume growth with safeguarding our brand image and maintaining high quality, ensuring KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend, Click-Through Rate, reach, impression, completion rates, time spent on site, and pages per session are met and exceeded. You will plan, develop, and launch impactful campaigns, manage relationships with external agencies and SaaS tools, oversee costs and contracts, and align strategies with broader company goals. Collaboration with the Global Digital Business Manager and cross-functional teams will be essential. You will also coordinate the digital budget and ensure financial processes are executed efficiently and according to company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Search Engine Optimization
* Take full ownership of the SAAS Tool to identify growth opportunities in organic traffic.
* Optimize HamiltonWatch.com through text production, technical improvements, and coordination with stakeholders.
* Monitor changes and build reports tracking metrics such as organic traffic sessions, CTR, bounce rates.
* Paid Social Media & Reporting – CX Platform Liaison
* Lead planning, development, and launch of social campaigns within timelines.
* Manage campaigns for HQ, subsidiaries, and agents with external agencies; support market teams.
* Utilize analytics tools for insights and prepare reports for strategy refinement.
* Manage the SPRINKLR platform, optimize its usage, and stay updated on features.
* Collaborate with Data Analysts for reporting and insights.
* Coordinate social user-generated content on the website.
* Digital Department Budget Coordination
* Book invoices in SAP, ensure proper documentation.
* Create Purchase Orders aligned with the budget.
* Manage costs and contracts with external agencies and suppliers.

Required Skills
* Proven experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
* Understanding of Paid Media, SEO, Social Media Strategies, and analytics tools.
* Familiarity with digital budget management, invoicing, SAP, and POs.
* Knowledge of the watch or luxury business is a plus.
* Strong communication skills.
Languages
* Native French or German with good knowledge of the other language.
* Proficient in English.
