Location: 3920 Zermatt (VS)
Employment: full-time (100%) starting 08.06.2026 until 25.09.2026
Work form: Sunday and holiday work
Responsibilities
* Support the kitchen team with daily Mise en Place
* Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning)
* Assist in the preparation of hot and cold dishes
* Maintain hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
* Keep and organize your own workstation
* Aid in the receipt and proper storage of goods
* Help with banquets, events and special occasions
* Collaborate closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
Qualifications
* Completed training as a Cook/Chef EFZ or equivalent qualification
* First professional experience in a kitchen is an advantage, preferably in fine dining or hospitality
* Good German language skills in speaking and writing
* English language skills are an advantage
* Basic knowledge of HACCP, hygiene regulations and food safety
* Team player, willingness to learn and reliable
* Motivation, flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment
* Careful, clean and structured work method
* Polished appearance and professional manners
