Location: 3920 Zermatt (VS)
Employment: full-time (100%) starting 08.06.2026 until 25.09.2026
Work form: Sunday and holiday work
Responsibilities
Support the kitchen team with daily Mise en Place
Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning)
Assist in the preparation of hot and cold dishes
Maintain hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
Keep and organize your own workstation
Aid in the receipt and proper storage of goods
Help with banquets, events and special occasions
Collaborate closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
Qualifications
Completed training as a Cook/Chef EFZ or equivalent qualification
First professional experience in a kitchen is an advantage, preferably in fine dining or hospitality
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
English language skills are an advantage
Basic knowledge of HACCP, hygiene regulations and food safety
Team player, willingness to learn and reliable
Motivation, flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment
Careful, clean and structured work method
Polished appearance and professional manners
