As a Security Partner Solution Architect you will design cutting‑edge solutions, deliver compelling demos, and influence strategic decisions for top‑tier partners to help them create new solutions and offerings for the market.
Collaboration across sales, engineering, and partners will bring AI to life – across devices, cloud, and business apps – helping organizations unlock productivity and growth with the Microsoft technology stack based on products such as Data Security Compliance, Purview, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and the Purview Suite.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate across Microsoft and customer/partner teams to achieve customer/partner objectives and increase customer/partner satisfaction while proactively managing business and technical risks.
* Identify new opportunities for Consumption and Usage at scale, leveraging Microsoft value proposition to empower cloud success and drive AI innovation.
* Actively listen to and respectfully challenge customers and partners, building trust to advocate for alternative architectures and solutions that shape and enhance customer requirements.
* Identify and evaluate industry trends, gather partner insights, and map existing architectures to partner business outcomes.
* Prioritize opportunities that align with revenue goals, orchestrate growth of solution utilization pipeline, and support partners and sales teams with proof of concept and technical pre‑sales support.
* Guide and support partners in developing repeatable offerings, practices, and solutions, advising them throughout initial strategic customer implementations.
* Identify delivery gaps, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges.
* Participate in external technical communities, conferences, and events to elevate Microsoft’s brand and share learnings.
Qualifications – Required
* Proven technical pre‑sales or technical consulting experience (3+ years) or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field with equivalent experience; alternatively a master’s degree with the same experience.
* Professional English proficiency and fluency in at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Italian.
Preferred Qualifications
* Technology know‑how for Data Security Compliance, Purview, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and the Purview Suite.
* Knowledge of security standards such as NIS, GDPR, ISO 27001, and related regulations.
* Experience in customer‑facing roles and technical projects.
* Technical certification in cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, or security certifications).
