Sr Corporate Communication Manager
Position purpose
Operating within a collaborative and creative team structure, you lead or participate in high-impact corporate communication projects. You contribute to the design and implementation of strategic communication initiatives that reinforce the Group’s positioning, both locally and internationally. These projects include the development and execution of internal communication programs, the development of the Group's employer brand, the corporate intranet and corporate website, as well as the coordination and production of corporate publications such as the Group’s annual report or ESG report.
Responsibilities
* Design, publish and promote internal communication materials, including the employee awareness program and the company intranet
* Contribute to internal and external strategic communication in case of crisis to protect and enhance the Group’s image and reputation
* Develop and maintain the corporate website of the Group and Intranet
* Provide copywriting and content creation support for corporate documents for the Group and its affiliated companies, including the Annual Report, company summaries, website content, Group presentations, etc
* Edit and support content creation for media releases, particularly for interim and full-year results, in line with institutional communications planning, corporate strategy and legal requirements
* Develop and maintain the Group’s corporate identity and style guidelines, overseeing the overall production of documents to ensure global coherence and consistency
* Develop video materials in collaboration with external partners, in line with the Group’s communication strategy
* Ensure smooth alignment between the Executive Board, and Group regional / country operations functions on corporate communication matters
* Contribute to development and implementation of communication initiatives for positive impact on employer branding internally and externally, including with the academic world
* Work closely with business unit and functional leads to develop messaging and ensure content remains current and relevant across Group communications and publications
Your profile
* Holding a university degree, ideally in communication or related field, with an additional business qualification such as an MBA; you have strong experience in both internal and external corporate communications, with a solid background in copywriting
* An experience in Agency or equivalent is a strong plus
* Good communicator, you are confident speaking and presenting in front of groups
* You have demonstrated excellent writing skills in both English and French, German a strong plus
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
