Job SummaryThe Project Management Intern will support the Strategic Planning team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key organizational projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in project coordination, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration. The intern will help ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination SupportAssist with developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and status trackers.Support project teams by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure timely deliverables.Learn and apply project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.Documentation and ReportingSupport the creation of project status reports and dashboards for leadership.Maintain documentation with attention to accuracy and version control.Assist in defining and tracking KPIs and milestones.Help prepare presentations, leadership updates, and related materials.Process Improvement & GovernanceSupport implementation of standardized project processes and governance frameworks.Contribute to identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation.Assist in aligning project execution with organizational policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.Other ResponsibilitiesProvide project management and organizational support across a variety of strategic initiatives.Take initiative to learn new skills and contribute across multiple functions as business needs evolve.Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs or job rotation within the corporate Strategic Plan.Required Minimum Qualifications:EducationMust be enrolled in an accredited institution.Undergraduate rising Junior or Senior (May 2026 graduates welcome) or Graduate Student.Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.Majors: Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.ExperienceDemonstrated problem‑solving, teamwork, and organizational skills through coursework, volunteer work, extracurricular activities, or prior internships.Substitutions: Not applicable.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.Basic understanding of financial concepts and data interpretation.Ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations and written deliverables.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to perform and interpret numerical analysis.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.Creative and deliberative problem‑solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the security/integrity of organizational information.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.Routine mobility around the worksite to carry out duties.Ability to lift or move materials/equipment up to 20 pounds on occasion.Travel & Schedule RequirementsUp to 5% domestic travel.Must be on‑site in the office Monday–Friday.
