Role Description
* We are looking for a Revenue Manager to lead and scale the revenue strategy across the City Pop 2NIGHT portfolio.
* This is a full-time on-site position based in Manno (Lugano), reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
* You will be responsible for driving portfolio performance through dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, distribution optimization and corporate yield strategy. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and a hands‑on approach, with direct impact on ADR, occupancy, RevPAR and overall profitability.
* You will manage different demand segments across multiple locations, balancing short‑stay, business and corporate dynamics within a fast‑growing hospitality platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize pricing strategy across the City Pop 2NIGHT portfolio
* Lead dynamic pricing, forecasting and performance optimization to maximize ADR, occupancy and RevPAR
* Monitor daily pick‑up, pace, booking windows and competitor benchmarking
* Adjust pricing strategy based on seasonality, demand patterns and market dynamics
* Manage RMS tools (Room Price Genie preferred) and continuously refine pricing models
* Oversee OTA performance (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) and optimize channel mix to grow direct contribution
* Ensure rate parity, inventory control and correct rate plan configuration within PMS and channel manager systems
* Support new OTA integrations and distribution expansion
* Drive corporate and GDS optimization, supporting RFP processes and aligning negotiated rates with dynamic pricing strategy
* Analyze corporate production and adapt yield strategy accordingly
* Produce weekly and monthly revenue reports and deliver clear performance insights
* Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term revenue planning
* Identify ancillary revenue and upselling opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure full alignment between pricing, contracts, long‑stay strategies and new openings
Profile & Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within hotels, serviced apartments or hospitality groups
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions
* Experience with RMS tools (Room Price Genie preferred)
* Experience with PMS and channel managers (e.g., Mews, SiteMinder)
* Strong understanding of OTA algorithms, distribution strategy and yield management
* Experience with corporate pricing, RFP processes and GDS optimization
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Structured, proactive and solution‑oriented
* Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial and performance‑driven environment
