Your key responsibilities:
* Foundational knowledge of integrity frameworks and ethical standards, including administrative support in handling conflict-related disclosures;
* Ability to review sensitive information and assist in preliminary assessments of internal risk situations;
* Exposure to drafting, updating, and maintaining internal policies, guidelines, and procedural documentation;
* Familiarity with supporting background checks and third‑party review processes from a coordination and documentation perspective;
* Capacity to assist in case handling workflows, including tracking, follow‑ups, and stakeholder coordination
The successful candidate:
* Initial experience in compliance-related environments, including exposure to international or cross-border settings;
* Master's degree in Law or related field, with a focus on regulatory, corporate, or international legal frameworks;
* Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle sensitive matters with care;
* Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to develop expertise while continuously expanding knowledge;
* Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to navigate complex situations with a structured approach.
