Global Senior HRIS Process Manager 100% (m/w/d)
in the Human Resources department at the headquarters in Lucerne
Your responsibilities
* Take ownership of the HR core module (amongst others employee data and organizational structure) and be responsible for its development, enhancement, and continuous improvement within the organization
* Monitoring, Harmonization, and Adaptation of global HR core processes
* Managing system upgrades, changes and enhancements as well as the implementation of system configurations
* Developing and delivering training to employees and managers
* Supporting HR Operations and HR Business Partners by providing guidance
* Documentation of HR Core processes
* Collaborating with other departments on different hierarchies in the company in particular with IT and Finance
* HR professionals who have at least 5 years of HR-IT experience
* Hands-on mentality and fast learner
* Experience in project management, project planning, execution, monitoring and control
* Extensive experience in HR systems, processes on a global level
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field is typically required for this role
* Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, winning personality, willingness to perform
* Fluent in English, good understanding of German
