You independently advise and support the customers in the corporate sector, develop insurance solutions, and sell the products independently. You support the implementation of market acquisition measures aimed at customer acquisition and promote constructive collaboration with our team through various activities. What you bring: Completed commercial training in the insurance sector, qualifications as an insurance intermediary VBV advantageous (to be mandatory training). Solid insurance knowledge in property, liability, personal insurance, and collective life insurance. Strong communication skills in telephone interactions with corporate customers and personal meetings with clients on-site. You are a person who appreciates performance-based compensation and uses it as motivation to deliver your best. Fluent German in spoken and written form, negotiation-level French, English skills are an advantage.
