We are looking for a qualified Carpenter Roofer for a temporary assignment on various construction sites located in the Canton of Vaud. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing carpentry and roofing work, in compliance with Swiss safety and quality standards.Carpenter RooferUnder the supervision of the team leader, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:Carpentry Work:- Reading plans, taking measurements, and assembling wood (traditional and industrial carpentry).- Installation of carpentry elements (beams, trusses, etc.).- Thermal insulation work from the outside or inside.Roofing Work:- Installation of various roofing materials (tiles, slates, metal sheets, etc.).- Maintenance of the waterproofing of roofs.- Installation of rainwater systems (gutters, downspouts).- Repair of roofs.Safety and Maintenance:- Strict compliance with safety instructions on construction sites (wearing PPE).- Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area.Qualifications and Skills:- CFC in Carpentry or Roofing, or a title deemed equivalent.- Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Carpenter Roofer, ideally acquired in Switzerland.Technical Skills:- Mastery of installation and repair techniques for carpentry and roofing.- Ability to work with different construction materials.- Autonomy in reading plans.Personal Qualities:- Rigor, precision, and attention to detail.- Good physical condition and no fear of heights for work at heights.- Team spirit and flexibility.Mobility:- Driver's license and personal vehicle. jid63289bfaen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
