To strengthen our teams in the exciting energy sector, we are looking for a
Lead Software Engineer .Net (60–100%) based in Fribourg.
By joining one of our teams, you will be involved in all phases of development projects, from pre-sales to maintenance. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of solutions, working closely with our clients to understand their needs.
As a Lead, you will also take on a central role as a technical reference. You will mentor developers to help them grow their skills, promote the sharing of best practices, and actively contribute to strategic decisions regarding architecture and technologies. You will be a driving force for technical excellence within the team.
* Solution design: You are responsible for ensuring that the team delivers solutions that meet project needs and mitigate risks, including data security, CI/CD, performance, and system integrity .
* Technical expertise: You master .NET application development and keep up-to-date with the latest technological trends, tools, and best industry practices.
* Architectural alignment : You ensure that the solution architecture meets both the functional and non- functional requirements of the client while remaining aligned with the company’s overall architectural vision.
* Documentation and communication: You make sure that the architecture is clearly analyzed, defined, documented, and understood by the team, and that the documentation remains up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle .

What you bring
* At least 5 years of experience in developing complex applications, with excellent skills in .NET C# and frontend web technologies ( ideally Angular ) or a strong willingness to learn
* Knowledge of Azure and data- driven architectures is an advantage, but we are ready to support you if you wish to develop in these areas
* An entrepreneurial, supportive, and pragmatic personality
* Proven ability to solve complex architectural and design challenges
* A strong focus on code quality, application security, and robust solution delivery
* A team spirit, a good sense of humor, and a drive to constantly improve
* Native French or German speaker with good command of French; English is a plus
