Based at *Mandarin Oriental, Geneva*, within the Ottolenghi Department, the **Chef** **de Rang** is responsible for his section. He must welcome customers, serve them and attend to them throughout the service. The Chef de Rang reports directly to the **Restaurant Manager**.
As **Chef de Rang**, you will be responsible for:
Prepare your station Present the menu and announce the daily specials or special offers Serve dishes according to Mandarin Oriental service standards.
