WHO YOU ARE

As a Fulfilment Solution Responsible you support the Country Solution Responsible by acting as the main point of contact for the assigned IT fulfilment tool in your store. In addition, you are the reference person for all employees in your unit for IT fulfilment tools.

• A passion for digital tools and excellent computer skills.
• Good problem‑solving attitude and experience in improving processes, system solutions and ways of working.
• Knowledge on how to prioritise and organise work to make the most efficient use of available time.
• Joy of sharing your expertise and knowledge with others.
• Fluency in English and German/French/Italian, both written and verbal.
• A good knowledge of IKEA Fulfillment systems (if you work internally only).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report new and monitor existing IT incidents and support co‑workers with IT issues.
• Communicate and manage change related to new releases to ensure successful implementation of updates in the unit.
• Support and track KPIs associated with the IT tool.
• Organise and provide training to enhance competence development for new and existing co‑workers in the unit.
• Ensure relevant training material, task descriptions and working methods are available.
