Job Description
1. Ownership of the ETRM business processes and trade lifecycle
2. Lead and manage the Trade Process Analyst team
3. Provide Level 3 (L3) support ownership for complex business issues
4. Act as the primary business owner for Endur-related processes and new product implementations
5. Define and maintain controls across the trade lifecycle
6. Prioritise and sponsor business-led change and enhancements
7. Partner with IT Application Operations to ensure platform stability
8. Represent the business in ETRM governance and steering forums
9. Ensure effective use of business SMEs and reduce operational risk
Qualifications
10. Extensive experience in energy trading operations or Middle Office
11. Deep knowledge of ETRM platforms, preferably Endur
12. Proven leadership and people management experience
13. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle controls and risk management
14. Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
15. Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
