Job Responsibilities
Work closely with Business Owners and Digital Product Owners to gather dashboard requirements, understand their data needs, and ensure proper web/app tracking for digital analytics.
Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights, including data preparation in the transformation layer of the data warehouse, data cloud infrastructure/BI tool configuration, data visualizations in the BI tool, and data quality assurance.
Assist stakeholders in using existing BI and tracking tools, as well as dashboards, to promote data literacy and self-service analytics.
Identify opportunities to improve dashboards, data warehouse, processes, and trainings to better support data-driven decision-making, including tool migration and refactoring tech debt projects.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams, applying data expertise to identify and solve customer pain points and pursue company OKRs.
Minimum Requirements
Experience as a Data Analyst.
Proficiency in SQL for analytical queries in a Data Warehouse, including experience with dbt.
Experience using BI tools like Tableau and/or Looker, as well as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, sGTM.
Languages: English; German highly desired.
Must be a Registered Freelancer in Germany.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Data Engineering, or related tech fields is advantageous.
Experience in customer-centric companies, preferably in e-commerce, transactional marketplaces, or e-health.
Domain knowledge in marketing, business, finance, operations, or logistics is advantageous.
Enjoy working in a team, solving problems, and continuous improvement, with experience collaborating across multiple departments in an Agile environment aligned with company OKRs.
