Instructional Designer
to join the team based in
Switzerland
, contributing to the development of an innovative
LMS, CMS, and TMS
system in the
aviation sector
for a prestigious international customer.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop E-learning content and conduct peer reviews.
* Create lesson plans based on a defined training syllabus.
* Ensure Quality Assurance and version control across all E-learning projects.
* Liaise with Engineering and other departments to verify technical information.
Additional Responsibilities
* Support the improvement of processes and standards.
* Contribute to the development of the team and its working practices.
Requirements
Education
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aviation, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Essential Technical Skills
* Aviation background (pilot or technician).
* Experience in E-learning content development and related tools.
* Knowledge of learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Training Management Systems (TMS).
Preferred Technical Skills
* Experience with Javascript scripting.
* Knowledge of German.
