Base pay range

Responsibilities
* Participate in interesting tax consulting projects such as restructuring, succession planning, M&A transactions, restructurings, and startups.
* Provide comprehensive tax advice to companies and corporate groups and independently handle mandates across direct taxes.
* Prepare submissions and appeals to tax authorities and courts.
* Perform tax calculations and support clients with year-end planning.
* Review complex tax returns and verify assessments of individuals and legal entities.
* Lead projects and negotiations.
* Contribute to internal training and events.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Economics or a university degree in law or business administration, plus a federal diploma as a tax expert.
* Several years of comparable professional experience in an international environment.
* Strong organizational skills, proficient in English communication, service-oriented, proactive, self-reliant, and structured.
* Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and proactive.
* Flexible, reliable, team player, and able to meet deadlines.
