What Will You Do
1. Assist in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Johnson Controls Smart Buildings value proposition.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
3. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand market trends.
4. Work with the content team to develop compelling campaign content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia, in collaboration with the creative team.
5. Utilize various marketing channels, such as email, social media, web, digital advertising, and events, to reach target audiences.
6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
7. Optimize campaigns, web strategy, and social media posts based on performance data and feedback to improve effectiveness.
8. Assist in maintaining and updating JCI's website content related to smart building solutions.
9. Support the implementation of web-based marketing campaigns for smart buildings.
10. Help monitor website performance and user experience, reporting issues to the team.
11. Assist in basic SEO tasks and website analytics reporting.
12. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure web content aligns with marketing objectives.
13. Develop and execute social media strategies to promote JCI's smart building solutions.
14. Create and manage a content calendar for all social media channels.
15. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to inform squad strategies.
16. Collaborate with other squad members to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
17. Manage social media advertising campaigns in coordination with the paid media team.
18. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance campaign strategies.
What We Look For
