This is a newly created position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of our financial processes. /p pOur site in Allschwil, Switzerland is one of the world leaders in the design and manufacture of cryogenic pumps for the liquefied gas industry. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liCoordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts. /li liPerform regular analysis of business performance and report variances. /li liContribution to monthly, quarterly and yearly closings. /li liPrepare and drive the costing update processes.Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. /li liEnsure compliance and internal control within area of responsibility /li liContinuous improvement of business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI). /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 pWe’re seeking a qualified professional with a minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 3 to 5 years in a similar position. /p ul liGood business background and a strategic understanding, with relevant business controlling experience in an international environment. /li liDemonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem solving /li liExcellent analytical skills, with an ability to see the whole picture, as well as an eye for details. /li liProficient Office365 skills. /li liExhibit high levels of self-control, self-confidence, and flexibility. /li liSelf-driven, well organized, independent /li liAble to co-operate across functions and communicate with all levels. /li liFluent written and spoken English and French /li liStrong skills in excel, provide business reports giving the overview as well and the required details to show the state of business. /li liPassion for purpose-driven work and a desire to contribute to Alfa Laval’s sustainability mission. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 pA challenging role in an open environment where collaboration and development are encouraged. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
