Our client, a fast-growing and entrepreneurial commodity trading company, is looking to hire a Natural Gas Trader to strengthen its presence across European energy markets.
Job Description
Your Mission:
* Develop and manage natural gas trading strategies across European hubs
* Execute physical and/or financial gas transactions with counterparties, TSOs, and exchanges
* Build and maintain strong relationships with market players (utilities, producers, industrials, other traders)
* Identify arbitrage and optimization opportunities in volatile and fast-moving markets
* Work closely with operations, risk, and analytics teams to support trading activity and ensure compliance
The Successful Applicant
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in natural gas trading (physical and/or financial) within European markets
* Excellent market knowledge and a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset
* Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a lean, agile structure
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
