This key position is aimed at both a seasoned manager and a high-potential field profile ready to evolve into a management role.
**Service Manager (M/F) - French-speaking Switzerland** **Your Role** You will take overall responsibility for our Service & Intervention entity, combining: - Commercial oversight - Team management - Technical reference You will lead a team currently composed of 5 certified VKR welders, working on technical sites in French-speaking Switzerland.
**Your Responsibilities** **Development & Client Relations** - Develop the Service & Intervention activity with construction companies, engineering firms, and partners - Analyze needs, propose suitable technical solutions, and prepare offers - Ensure commercial follow-up and contribute to the development of the entity **Management & Team Supervision** - Manage and develop the intervention team - Plan sites, organize resources, and optimize interventions - Provide technical support on the field when necessary **Technical & Quality Assurance** - Supervise and/or manage operations such as: - On-site welding of PE networks (butt welds, electro-weldable sleeves) - Assembly and welding on-site of PE networks under radier - Pressure and leak tests on hydraulic networks and on-site welding of PE casing for hydraulic structures (new or existing) - On-site welding of PE and PP structures for grease, hydrocarbons, lift stations...
- Assembly of retention basins - Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and quality of execution **Your Profile** - Technical background (civil engineering, networks, hydraulics, plastics or equivalent) - Experience in network works, site interventions, or technical structures - Experience in management or a strong inclination to supervise a team - Comfortable both in the field and with clients - Leadership and a sense of direction are essential **Position Open** - To an experienced manager, or to a team leader/supervisor wishing to evolve.
