**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
* 5-8 years of experience in healthcare or a related field, with 1-2 years of management experience, including direct reports.
* Strong project management expertise, with a background in contract negotiations.
* Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in managing high-performing teams.
* Understanding of the US health system, its different stakeholder groups, and the impact of market events on the entire ecosystem.
* Naturally curious and in tune with industry news and potential evolutions.
* Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive under pressure.
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
