YOURIMPACT
Under the responsibility of Corporate Finance & Investment Managers, the Analyst will:
1. Support and Oversee the business units and companies within the perimeter of the Group (MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company and subsidiaries).
2. Under the supervision of the senior team members, be involved in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Planning,
3. Management Reporting and overall coordination between several business units/companies.
4. Improve performance of BU's by granting better visibility and collaborate with other parts of the Group.
5. Support on a need basis on M&A activities.
YOUR BACKGROUND
6. Education in Finance or Management, Master degree.
7. At least 2-3 years’ experience in a rigorous financial or management consulting analyst role.
8. Strong financial analysis expertise with 2-3 years’ experience in a demanding environment ( management consulting, investment bank/ M&A, transaction services, Big 4 valuation or modelling teams).
9. Expert in Excel modelling; ability to develop and run financial models.
10. Good understanding of accounting principles.
11. Knowledge in company valuation techniques.
12. Has gained exposure to international transactions, environment, and culture.
13. Effective written and presentation skills.
14. Excellent numeracy skills combined with an inquiring, analytical mind.
15. Ability to work across a large organization.
16. Attention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently, and accurately.
17. Ability to work under pressure and to handle several projects in parallel.
18. Team spirit.
19. Strong business ethics.
20. Perfect command of both written and spoken English, a second language is a plus.

25. The role may require exceptional travelling.
26. EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit (B-C) is required.
