Your Key Responsibilities

Exciting project work at the interface between business, law and technology
Processing of complex legal issues for national and international customers in the field of financial services
Interdisciplinary cooperation in a dynamic and varied work environment at the pulse of our customers
Direct interaction with customers

What We Look For
A master's degree in law (LL.M.); admission to the bar and/or further education is a plus
At least 6 years of experience with advising on legal, regulatory, and/or compliance matters ideally in a Big4 or consulting services firm
Broad expertise in the Swiss financial services, banking laws and regulations (AMLA, FinSA, FinIA, FMIA, DAP etc.)
Proven experience in Switzerland, complemented by an established professional network in Geneva
Post-qualification legal experience gained in an in-house environment, including experience within a bank or financial services institution in Switzerland is considered as a plus
Business proficient English and French. Additional fluency in German and/or Italian being highly desirable
