Your Tasks:
1. General support of users during the transfer and commissioning of the new devices at various locations in French-speaking Switzerland and Berne
2. Check OneDrive file synchronisation on the old device
3. Set up the new device
4. Connect to LAN / WLAN
5. Find out the users' most important work applications and start them accordingly
6. Support users during the Modern Authentication migration process
Your Profile:
7. High willingness to travel by public transport (or own car), place of residence no further than half an hour from Lausanne
8. Experience in support (technical helpdesk and/or technical second-level support)
9. Experience with PC replacement
10. You are familiar with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
11. Professional appearance, reliable and punctual
12. Technical knowledge (Windows, notebook hardware)
13. Experience with Windows / iOS / Android
14. Experience in security and compliance (not mandatory, but preferred)
15. Fluent skills in French and English, German is a big plus
