We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade and customer relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the export team through customer service activities by acting as a central coordination point for all activities.
* Helping to establish appropriate communication with customers.
* Acting as an escalation point for any issues.
* Providing backup support in case of employee absence.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supervising customer portfolios.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies, and best practices.
* Establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient processes.
* Managing financial audits and maintaining accurate records.
The Export Manager will also be responsible for maintaining external relations with key stakeholders, setting priorities, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
