Your ProfileUniversity degree in life sciences or equivalentSeveral years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the Swiss marketEstablished network of healthcare professionals within the sales territoryStrong knowledge of the local pharmaceutical industry, distribution channels, and healthcare systemExperience and understanding of clinical practices in substitution therapy Skills & CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and substitution therapy sectorStrong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a patient-centered and results-driven approachHigh level of self-motivation and ability to work independentlWillingness to travel across Switzerland and attend international congresses.
