In 2018, our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world’s first autonomous dry‑cleaning robot for industrial use – the K900. The first employee was hired in November 2019, and the company now has almost 60 employees at its site in Eschlikon TG. Your Mission: You will transform KEMARO into a leading global brand. By utilizing data-driven growth marketing and high-efficiency lead generation, you lay the foundation for international scaling.
* Growth – and Performance Marketing: You lead the marketing team and AI-powered lead generation toolchain to triple the current lead volume.
* Budget Responsibility: You manage a significantly increased marketing budget for targeted advertising, multi-channel campaigns and branding initiatives.
* Product Marketing & Positioning: In close collaboration with the Product Management Board, you are responsible for competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies for new releases.
* Event & Channel Marketing: You plan global trade fair appearances and ensure that our distribution partners worldwide are supported with first-class marketing assets.
* Brand Management: You position KEMARO as the leader for autonomous cleaning robotics solutions in industrial spaces.
Your profile:
* Marketing Professional: Extensive experience in B2B marketing, specifically in the global commercialization of technical innovations.
* Data Specialist: Profound knowledge of performance marketing, CRM systems, and modern marketing automation tools.
* Creative Strategist: Ability to translate complex technical USPs into compelling messages for diverse target markets (EU, USA).
* Leader: Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary marketing teams during rapid growth phases.
