Corporate Lawyer Role
The corporate lawyer will provide practical business-focused legal advice to support the company’s operational efficiency and compliance with relevant laws.
Your Responsibilities:
* Offer clear actionable legal guidance on corporate matters, including contracts, commercial transactions, employment law, and corporate governance.
* Identify assess and mitigate legal and compliance risks in business operations.
* Draft review and support negotiation of a wide variety of commercial contracts.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for export control-related legal issues ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
* Maintain adherence to data privacy anti-corruption competition and other applicable regulations.
* Engage and manage external advisors for specialized legal matters.
* Develop and improve the company's contract management system.
Your Background and Qualifications:
* Law Degree from an accredited institution; admission to the bar preferred.
* 3–7 years of post-qualification experience ideally in both a reputable law firm and an in-house legal department.
* Solid understanding of corporate commercial and contract law.
* Demonstrated experience in export control compliance.
* Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business advice.
