We are expanding our Business Transformation department in Rotkreuz and are seeking a dynamic and resilient individual for the position of Business Engineer.
Your tasks:
* Develop and implement business engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and RPAs.
* Manage platform change processes, including requests for change, configuration, and testing.
* Enhance communication and coordination between business units to streamline decision-making and standardize processes.
* Define and monitor KPIs, report on performance, and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the Finance Department to align operational initiatives with financial planning.
* Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
* Support teams in adopting new tools, technologies, and processes.
* Conduct training programs in process optimization and business engineering.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
* Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent is advantageous.
* At least 5 years of experience in business engineering, process improvement, or operational roles.
* Experience managing cross-functional projects and working closely with finance teams.
* Experience in leasing or banking sectors is a plus.
* Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
