To strengthen our team dedicated to the execution of architectural projects, we are looking for:
Construction Manager 80 to 100%
Your main tasks:
Develop and optimise projects
Lead and direct technical coordination meetings with clients and contractors
Prepare preliminary measurements, measurements, and calculations
Draft tender and bid specifications
Prepare, plan, and supervise the execution of works
Manage stakeholders, including clients, representatives, and contractors
Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality of works
Your profile:
Holder of a HES/EPF architect diploma, ES technician in site planning, CFC building draughtsman, or equivalent
3 years of desired experience in a similar position in Switzerland
In-depth knowledge of Swiss legislation and standards
Proficiency in common IT tools such as Messerli Gestion, Autodesk, Office Suite, etc.
Ability to work independently while fostering team spirit
Commitment and sense of responsibility
