Job Title: Strategic Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Location: Basel, Switzerland Duration & Engagement: Type: Contingent/Contract Start Date: December/January End Date: End of July Duration: 9 months Key Responsibilities: Marketing Campaigns: Execute go-to-market strategies and tactical plans to maximise growth of the integrated biologics late-stage solution portfolio in line with business objectives. Design targeted omnichannel marketing campaigns to engage specific customer segments, raise awareness, generate demand, and nurture communities. Develop impactful marketing materials and narratives that articulate compelling value propositions using data-driven insights and engaging storytelling. Execute content development for marketing initiatives aligned with positioning, brand, and growth objectives (e.g., website development, site open days). Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution and leverage expertise from other marketing functions as needed. Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales collaterals, including customer presentations. Coordinate the development of sales training tools to empower the sales organisation. Additional Contributions: Support adjacent areas such as value proposition, segmentation, or offering development depending on candidate profile. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong writing and content development skills with attention to detail. Project management experience. Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and autonomously, delivering results on time while anticipating and resolving challenges. Proven cross-functional collaboration skills. Agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in leveraging AI tools. Proficient in English with strong written communication skills. Preferred Experience: Master's degree in Marketing or Life Sciences. 5-10 years of professional experience in marketing within a highly regulated industry, ideally with CDMO exposure.
