Mer information Are you interested in shaping the next generation of particle accelerators? As a Mechanical Design Engineer at CERN, you will contribute to the design and development of normal-conducting magnets for the Future Circular Collider (FCC-ee). You will be involved in mechanical design, prototyping, and documentation of magnet components, while also supporting improvements to existing CERN accelerator magnets. Working closely with engineers, technicians, and industrial partners, you will help turn conceptual designs into tested hardware.
Be sure to meet the eligibility criteria By the application deadline, you have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience since graduation in the respective field and your highest educational qualification is either a bachelor’s or master’s degree. You must have a university degree and can’t hold a PhD.
You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
