Accountabilities
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with defined OKRs
Identify new product opportunities and contribute to shaping future strategic priorities and key results
Set and manage priorities for a cross-functional team including design, engineering, and community specialists
Collaborate closely with global community members and ambassadors to co-create impactful product solutions
Partner with other product managers and departments to maintain alignment with broader organizational goals
Drive iterative releases, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve product features based on feedback
Measure product performance using both qualitative insights and quantitative data to assess impact
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing user-facing digital or consumer web products
Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on product features
Experience working in cross-functional teams within agile or iterative development environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey plans and outcomes
Excellent listening and collaboration abilities, especially in diverse and distributed teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Interest in contributing to open knowledge, community-driven platforms, or mission-based initiatives
Nice to have
Experience with two-sided platforms or marketplace products
Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, or A/B testing methodologies

Exposure to community-led, volunteer-based, or open-source ecosystems
