The IIM Context
The IIM Business Line at ELCA delivers end-to-end solutions across the full information lifecycle, frequently combining multiple domains within a single engagement:
Input Management / IDP – multichannel capture, OCR/AI extraction, downstream integration.
Document Management – DMS/ECM, legal archiving, digital preservation, compliance.
Output Management / CCM – document composition, personalisation, multichannel distribution.
Enterprise BPM – workflow, case management, and cross-system process orchestration.
Your Mission
As a senior delivery authority, you will:
Personally lead large and complex projects as Project Manager, with full delivery accountability.
Provide senior oversight and coaching to Project Managers on smaller engagements, ensuring quality and control.
Drive large offers (RFPs, pre-sales) and contribute to the conversion of strategic opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Client Partners and Sales to structure credible delivery approaches.
Develop, coach, and grow Project Managers and consultants within the BL.
Contribute to value propositions and delivery maturity across the IIM Business Line.
What We’re Looking For
8–12+ years in IT services or consulting, with a strong track record in delivery management.
Proven experience managing complex projects and sensitive client situations.
Coaching and people development capabilities.
Familiarity with IIM/ECM solutions (Input, Document, Output Management, BPM).
Strong credibility with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Good grasp of financial and commercial dynamics of consulting engagements.
University degree or equivalent professional experience.
