As part of its growth strategy, it is looking to strengthen its procurement team with an experienced professional. Key Responsibilities: - Manage purchasing activities for an assigned category of technical components and materials. - Issue and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and supply continuity. - Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance. - Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support business needs. - Monitor inventory, lead times, and procurement KPIs. - Ensure ERP data accuracy and contribute to process improvements. Requirements: - Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or technical procurement within an industrial/manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of technical, electrical, electronic, or industrial components. - Experience working with ERP systems and supplier management. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage priorities autonomously and work cross-functionally. - Fluent English (minimum B2); Italian is an asset. - EU/Swiss work eligibility.
