Ph3Overview /h3 pRisk management is a fundamental component of how PublicisLive designs and delivers its events. Over the years, our teams have consistently integrated risk anticipation, coordination, and mitigation into project delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and authorities. To reinforce and further professionalize this existing approach, PublicisLive is strengthening its organization through the creation of a Risk Management Coordinator role. Reporting to, and working under the active guidance of, the Director of Transformation, this position offers close mentoring, regular sparring, and strong exposure to transversal and strategic topics. This is a transversal role, responsible for end‑to‑end risk management across all our events. Its objective is to consolidate and improve established practices, ensure consistency from one project to another, and support the continued maturation of our risk management approach.
