Ph3Job Description /h3 pThe IT Support Specialist provides hands-on technical support across ONWARD, ensuring employees have reliable, secure, and timely access to the tools they need to work effectively. This role reinforces the IT Operations function and support demand, helping stabilize day to day services while long term transformation initiatives progress. /p pThe role focuses on troubleshooting, endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations across a regulated medical device environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide L1/L2 support for laptops, accounts, M365 and other productivity tools. /li liTroubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve tickets promptly. /li liPrepare and configure devices (Windows/macOS) for new hires. /li liAssist with onboarding/offboarding accounts, access, equipment. /li liHandle basic network troubleshooting. /li liMaintain IT inventory: laptops, phones, and other accessories. /li liAssist with any ongoing IT projects. /li liEnsure devices meet basic security requirements (updates, antivirus, compliance alerts). /li liFollow IT checklists and procedures for equipment and accounts. /li liPerform routine user access updates (add/remove permissions) following approval flows. /li liProvide friendly, clear, and patient support to employees across the organization. /li liCommunicate updates and resolutions in a way users understand. /li liHelp improve the employee IT experience by flagging recurring issues and proposing fixes. /li liContribute to simple documentation, FAQs, and user guides to reduce repetitive problems. /li /ul h3Experience, Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in computer science, Informatics, or equivalent experience /li li1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / Helpdesk /li liSolid understanding of Windows and macOS environments /li liExperience with Microsoft 365, endpoint configuration, and identity management /li liService-oriented and user-focused mindset /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liHighly organized with strong attention to detail /li liFluent in both English and French /li /ul h3Supervision /h3 pIndividual contributor reporting to the Senior IT Manager /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
