Portfolio Strategy Manager
We are looking for a strategic, communicative, and entrepreneurial candidate skilled at navigating a matrix organization and building stakeholder relationships. You will shape our Lido portfolio strategy, business plans, and initiatives to enhance airline efficiency, conduct business intelligence, provide insights across Frankfurt, Gdansk, and Zurich, and report to the Head of Finance and Strategy.
Tasks
* Shape the 5-year portfolio vision and strategy through analysis of key external and internal drivers.
* Conduct market, competitor, and business model analyses to identify risks and opportunities and translate findings into actionable strategies.
* Align business and team goals across the organization and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
* Develop and adapt business plans to assess feasibility, profitability, and long‑term potential of products and initiatives.
* Drive strategic initiatives and cross‑domain projects.
* Enable fact‑based decision‑making through structured problem‑solving and robust data analysis.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities from concept to market launch using strong business development expertise.

Requirements
* Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
* At least 3 years’ experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Business Strategy.
* Self‑starter with strong business and financial acumen with a hands‑on, results‑oriented mindset.
* Proven ability to manage diverse senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
* Skilled in strategic thinking, execution, and goal‑setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs).
* Experience with business intelligence tools such as MS Power BI, etc. is a plus.
* Commercial or business development background is an advantage.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
* Swiss or EU national or a holder of a Swiss working permit
