Tasks
Identify and evaluate emerging hedge fund managers
Build and maintain a network of family offices, fund-of-funds, and hedge fund seeders
Execute investor outreach: coordinate meetings, track engagement
Support investor materials: pitch decks, DDQs, performance reports
Manage the deal pipeline and report KPIs
Assist in closing capital commitments
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in hedge funds, placement, investor relations, or alternative investment advisory
Understanding of quant, AI, or market-neutral strategies
Experience building and managing investor networks
Excellent communication skills; self-starter with results-oriented mindset
Experience with CRM systems or fundraising workflows is a plus
