Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for meetings, processes, and initiatives
* Draft, review, and refine high-quality documents, reports, and correspondence in English with exceptional attention to detail
* Coordinate complex scheduling, prepare agendas, and accurately document meeting minutes for governance sessions
* Ensure timely follow-up on action items, maintaining precise and well-organized records
* Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate governance activities
* Assist in preparing briefing materials, reports, and executive-level presentations
* Support adherence to internal governance frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements within an international pharmaceutical environment
Qualifications
* Native-level or highly proficient English skills, both written and spoken
* Proven experience in executive or administrative support roles, ideally within an international environment
* Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
* Strong attention to detail combined with the capability to work independently and proactively
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information
